This week Walker is joined by new cast member Delaney Anderson to talk about the Norwegian horror movie Dead Snow. Is the promise of a horde of undead Nazi Zombies enough to make this a good movie?

Oh, so you scoffed at Batman Begins? You thought it wasn't "true" to its source or maybe that Christian Bale wasn't the man for the job?! Well, consider this. If they didn't launch the more griddy/realistic version of Batman, we'd be stuck in the Tim Burton inspired shit fest that was movies like Batman and Robbin (yes, I know he didn't DIRECT that movie, but he directed the 1989
Batman which set the horrific style of that movie).
In case you where very high at the time Batman and Robin was released, a friend of mine recently lead me to a handy video reminder of just how God-aweful the film really was...and it's available to you after
the jump.
Sci-Fi Wire, as pointed out to me by
Kotaku, is reporting that a movie based on the game
American McGee's Alice is still in the works...sort of.
Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar currently holds the film rights to the game and claims it is a "passion project" of hers. Said Gellar:
I'll do it if I have to get down and write it myself one of these days. I may have to.
28 year old actor
Heath Ledger was found dead in his New York apartment earlier today. Early reports of the death seem to point at drug abuse as the apparent cause.
Ledger was well known for his roles in movies such as "The Patriot" and "A Knight's Tale" and was nominated for an Oscar for his role in "Brokeback Mountain". Fans were due to see the Australian actor play the part of the Joker in the "The Dark Night" later this year.
More information on the death can be found in this article by the
Associated Press.
